unpleasant smell bumped laundry

my room felt quite small. there was also an unpleasant smell in the room, like damp carpet that hadn't dried properly! on one day, when i returned to the room, it looked like my folded laundry had been bumped during housekeeping and it wasn't neatly put back.

central location upgraded suite

The location was CENTRAL, very close to malls and the metro. The staff upgraded me to a suite, which i appreciated!

The gym access required a reservation, which i was not informed about at check-in.

the hotel location is really good. it made seeing local attractions easy (i walked everywhere!). the staff were very kind and helpful to me. i enjoyed the breakfast foods available.

The privilege room felt small. it was not large enough for two suitcases. the bathroom wasn't as advertised. I expected a rain shower, but i had a bathtub with a small handheld head. there was no balcony as advertised.
